General Shipping Information
Bumzee delivers products across India, with exceptions on Sundays and national holidays. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placement.
Shipping Costs
A standard shipping fee of Rs. 50 applies to all orders of Rs. 499 or less. Additional charges may apply for specific locations. For orders above Rs. 499, free shipping is available for certain areas, while others may incur additional costs. Non-refundable in case of return or order cancellation, Bumzee reserves the right to change these fees without notice.
Offers and Charges
Occasionally, Bumzee offers promotions like free shipping, subject to specific terms and conditions. An order may include a shipping fee, a convenience fee, or both. Non-refundable convenience charges, when applicable, can be viewed in the 'Shipping Cost' section during checkout.
Delivery Timeline
The delivery timeline during Covid lockdowns is subject to government guidelines. The expected delivery for areas serviced by well-known couriers is 3-4 business days post-shipment. Heavier or larger items may take longer. For unserviced areas, items are dispatched via Indian Postal Service and may take 1-2 weeks. Note that the Estimated Delivery Date shown during order placement is tentative and may change post-shipment.
Delivery Delays and Cancellations
While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen logistics challenges may cause delays. In cases of extended delay or untraceable shipment, Bumzee reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.
Address Changes
Address changes are only permissible for confirmed or pending orders without any shipped items. Charges/taxes differences may affect this possibility. Additional Charges Prices at checkout are final and inclusive of all charges. No additional payments are required.
International Shipping
Currently, we do not provide international shipping.
Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, an email containing courier details and the tracking number will be sent. If not received within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.
Failed Delivery
Our delivery partners will attempt three deliveries before returning the order to our warehouse. To expedite delivery, please provide a mobile number with your address.
