Order
After successfully placing your order, you'll get a cheerful confirmation email from BUMZEE within a few minutes. This email will contain all the crucial details about your order. Please keep this email safe, as it serves as your official purchase receipt.
Stay tuned to your email inbox (and ensure our emails aren't landing in your spam folder!). As soon as your order has been dispatched, we'll email you the expected delivery date and the information to track your order.
Shipping & Returns
BUMZEE has a wide delivery network within India. Unfortunately, we do not currently provide deliveries to locations outside India.
For all orders under Rs. 699, a shipping fee of Rs. 50 will be added. For certain areas, there might be some extra charges.
BUMZEE provides an array of payment options for your ease. You can make the payment using your credit or debit cards, UPI, or net banking.
BUMZEE allows hassle-free returns on unused, unwashed items with original tags intact. However, sale items bought with discount codes or items purchased through Cash on Delivery are not eligible for return. Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment.
To initiate a return, please contact us at wecare@bumzee.in within 7 days of purchase. Ensure that the items are packed in their original packaging for pickup.
Absolutely! To process an exchange, please email us at wecare@bumzee.in, and our team will help you through the process.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can cancel it and refund the entire amount. However, once an order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our return policy in such instances.

Yes, certainly! BUMZEE Gift Certificates can be purchased and used on our website. They are sent via email with a unique code for redemption at checkout. You can use the value of the certificate over several purchases. Please note that they cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, or used for orders shipped outside India. Purchases of Gift Certificates cannot be made via Cheque, Cash on Delivery, or Loyalty Cash.
Yes, we do! For specific products, you can select the "ADD GIFT WRAP@ Rs. 30" option during checkout to have your item gift-wrapped. This will also come with a personalised message. Please be aware that our gift packaging won't display any pricing or payment details, although the original product tag with the MRP will remain on the item. Please keep in mind that gift wrap charges won't be refunded, and discounts or coupons can't be applied to them.
