Return and Replacement Policy
Our goal at Bumzee is to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a product, we're here to help. Our return policy for Clothes & Footwear is 7 Days from the Delivery Date.
For claiming wrong, damaged, or short products received, an unboxing video is required. If a product is not eligible for replacement, you may return the product within the return period. Please return the product in its original packaging with all parts, freebies, and the original receipt. If an incorrect product is handed to our courier partner, Bumzee will not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft during transit.
If your order used a coupon or offer, and you return any or all products, the coupon/offer is no longer applicable. Replacement orders will benefit from the same offer or coupon used in the original order.
For any "Buy 2 get 1 free" or "Buy 1 get 1 free" offers, all products purchased as part of the deal must be returned.
A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 50 will be levied if the customer refuses to accept the original or replacement product(s).
REFUND POLICY
Customer Cancellations Should you choose to cancel your order before it is shipped, we will cancel it and refund the full amount. If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, and you must refer to our return policy.
Cancellations by Bumzee.in We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock limitations, inaccurate pricing, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the amount will be refunded to your Bumzee account's "Cash Refund" section. Customers agree not to dispute our decision on cancellations.
Payment Policy
We hold no responsibility or liability for any losses or damages due to the following:
- Unauthorised transaction declines
- Exceeding preset limits between you and your Bank
- Payment issues during the transaction
- Transaction decline for other reasons
All payments for purchases/services on Bumzee.in must be in Indian Rupees. We may ask for documents (e.g., Govt. issued ID, address proof) to verify the ownership of your payment instrument before shipping your order.
Refund Policy
Refunds for the entire order amount will be provided in your bank account. If an order is cancelled successfully, the applied Coupon Code will be auto-released for reuse if it is valid and meets the terms and conditions.
Shipping charges apply as follows: Rs. 50 for all orders below Rs. 699, with additional charges at certain locations. Free shipping is available for orders of Rs. 699 or more at certain locations. For COD orders, if the user initiates a cancellation request which reduces the order value below Rs. 699, COD and shipping charges will be deducted.
Promotion Offers
For any returned or undelivered orders, partial or whole, the user will not be eligible to avail of the offer used to purchase the original order. The benefit of the offer would also not be included in the refund provided. If the product(s) returned are part of any free offer, Eg: Buy 2 get 1 free or Buy 1 get 1 free, all the products related to the offer would have to be returned by you, as they have been purchased as part of a group offer. The refund/replacement process would only be initiated once all the products have been returned.
From time to time, we may provide a free sample or gift along with our orders which are eligible for the offer. These samples/gifts will not be eligible for return/replacement/refund under any circumstances.
